Okay now the ticker says how many days since we landed in Cancun. The party is so over. It was sad when they took off our bracelets when we all piled into the van to go to the airport. It was like they had just revoked our tickets to fun.

We will always have mexico.

Maybe I should keep the website up just in case of a next year.

We just got back from Target & picked up a couple of sundresses for the girls. We hope we are set for swimsuits, but still working on other clothes & shoes. I figure no one will know us there, so if someone does end up naked, it's OK.

We just received some swimsuits that we ordered in the mail! Us girls all paraded around showing off our new suits and deciding if we liked them. I also went to the bank and got our passports out of the safe deposit box. I was already starting to worry that I would forget them! I think the kids' excitement is rubbing off on me. Is it too late for me to get a binder, too? haha

Bring on the sunshine. After being sick this weekend I can speak for our entire family sayin we can not wait. When Dean and Marly leave we will throw our suitcases on the bed on the spare room and start packing.

I guess I had better try to find a swimsuit.

I was looking at the pictures on-line and the hotel next door looked familiar. I am positive we stayed right next door and that was in 2006 after they had the bad hurricane. These are pictures of what part of the Crown Paradise looked like.

I hope I have all this right.

The beach was great and so many shells. So it will be perfect. I double checked my hotel map and I was right.

So the lagoon is on the other side of the road and that is where the paddle boats and so on are kept.

After all of the talking and dreaming we DID IT. We are all going to Cancun for Spring Break. It is so nice today it is hard to think we have to get through winter first. It will be a positive on those cold and windy days.
